JIN, BRAD, CHERYL... Hate to impose and tell me no if you want to, but you guys seem to have figures at you finger tips. The News releases said that ATXI will issue NEW shares to accomodate the merger and NO mention of 4:1. How many new shares would ATXI have to issue for a 4:1 if any. Or, does the impication of NEW shares mean a smaller, larger, or no ratio. I know that most of this is anybodies guess but the number of available ATXI shares vs. FAMH shares should give us some idea, no.
