I subscribe to insidertrader.com where each week all the buys and sells from company insiders and 10% shareholders are reported. I like to use this info as a basis to get new ideas for investing. I have done pretty well. Sometimes though it doesnt work out too well. I have been following insider trading for apx 7 years and I think i have somewhat of a idea which trades mean more than others. i wont buy a stock that has a lot of insider selling. Just too risky for me. A couple of examples where insiders were huge sellers while analyst kept on harping how great things were are oxford health and adaptec. Now there are some companies that have lots of selling but keep going up so I am more interested in buys than sells. Concerning axle there has been no selling for the last two years and lots of buying for the last 9 months or so. Like i said i think we should give the company till the june quarter before giving up on them. I do feel that they will report a small profit this quarter and a very nice one for the june quarter. If this comes to fruition I would think the stock would follow with upside to at least $3.oo per share. If anyone needs insider data on any stock they follow e-mail me and i will be glad to check it out for you. Later
