I'm not sure that I understood your question, but I think you were asking why they arent also talking about PGM's. If so, part of the reason is that you have to do seperate tests. It is my understanding(albeit very limited) that to get the best PGM results, you cant do lead fire assay but copper fire assay would be better. Also, even including the higher cost ICP, platinum testing is still much more expensive and much more time consumimg. IMO, they are trying to get the gold information out as fast as they can, and feel that they can come back to the PGM's later.
