DDSIW is the warrant. DDSIZ is the less preferred warrant. DDSIU is the "unit" that would have to be broken where when you sell. The DDSIU consists of DDSI/DDSIW/DDSIZ and would have to be split into three seperate transactions.

I think that is correct.

My broker in the warrants dept. at Waterhouse informs me that the common share of DDSI has to be removed from the unit to be traded.
The "unit" would then be re-issued or "broken" up and you would then
up with;

A)1 common share of DDSI

B)1 DDSIW (warrant)

C)1 DDSIZ (warrant)
