Jeremy, your explanations make a lot of sense, thanks. Any speculation as to when they may spin off the first company. It would appear to me that they want to get this process overwith FAST, especially for the wireless companies. That gives the new owners as much lead time as possible before new wireless competitors are up to speed. The low rates of some of the new competitors seem that they would have a huge impact on the sale price of the wireless spinoffs.

Seems we'll have the best beat possible on sentiment towards the wireless companies as the 26 wireless firms begin trading. Should be the missing piece to complete valuation theories.

Any guess where we'll be for expiration?

Thanks again,

sf

Jeremy or Mike, this seems like the best news possible considering the circumstances. Two guys, one of which heads the BNDES who seems to have a major interest in pushing this thing through.

Any feedback appreciated.

Jeremy or thread. Anyone know if the events this summer will trigger a taxable event for US 98 tax purposes (assumming one doesn't sell)?
