tto...

The company has approved a huge buy back.

But Intel will give the stock to the employees. The net effect for you as a shareholder is that the real earnings are not $3.50 to $4.00 a share, but that amount minus the per share cost of stock buy-backs.

If Intel buys 100 million shares at current price, and spends $7 billion, in a year, it's as if Intel earned nothing.

DONT WAIT TO BUY IT. BUY IT NOW AND WAIT!

It's generally a good idea to ignore everything else in posts that say BUY! or SELL!

Joe

Adaptec ranked #1, Intel #2 according to my stock models. Only time will tell if I'm right. Coincidentally, AMD is worthless based on my pricing models, it literally is not worth the paper its stock is printed on. Dell is ranked pretty high, with Microsoft and Cisco lower. Compaq is ranked rather low, poor numbers might be due to low quality perception of using AMD chips and getting slammed by Dell.
