Documents and one other Interesting point.

<Excerpt from The sworn affidavit of Daniel Cumming Ph.D.
Dated March 12 1998>

<33. That I have been assured by Ross Lewis, P, Eng., the company's engineer and verily believe that the document that have been delivered to the Plaintiff's are all of the standard certified engineering specifications, including drawings regarding thermophilic plants that have been prepared for Thermo Tech Technologies Inc. and Thermo Tech
Waste Systems Inc. and verily believe there are no other documents, specifications or drawings that fall within the scope of the Order of Mr. Justice Cohen that have not now been delivered to the Plaintiffs >

The Insider Trading Report for the period ending March 27, 1998 indicates that Daniel Cumming (not sure who he is) decreased his TTRIF holdings from 155,135 TTRIF shares at January 29, 1998 to 21,733 shares at February 24, 1998).

You would think he would be accumulating not unloading. Still interesting, although the two issue's are probably not related.

It looks like perhaps D. Ross Lewis,P.Eng. is the .....coat this go round.

<<NOTE: NO AFFIDAVIT BY RENE????>>

After this last fiasco it is no wonder...

8] In his affidavit sworn January 13, 1998, Mr. Branconnier confirms the accuracy and truth of paragraphs one through 21 of the statement of defence. Mr. Branconnier also deposed that the present re-engineering and re-design process is not yet complete, nor are the re-engineered drawings and specifications complete, nor are they currently completed to the degree where any drawings or specifications could be released to the plaintiff.

No big surprize here. After rereading his last affidavit it leaves the reader with two obvious scenario's.

1) Either he has been misleading the shareholders in the newsreleases at which point the SEC would have to get invovled.

2)Or he was simply lying.

<If it came to pass that he and TT lost the suite he would hold those who have issued the affidavits on TT's behalf liable (I doubt very much that he would be able, if they only knew.)>

The Insider Trading Report for the period ending March 27, 1998 indicates that Daniel Cumming (not sure who he is) decreased his TTRIF holdings from 155,135 TTRIF shares at January 29, 1998 to 21,733 shares at February 24, 1998).

Perhaps one of them did have a feeling.

Robert, don't mind "Izabell" I think she like's you. Last time I posted information that raised similar questions I recieved the following response on the Thread here.

>Often we are lost on our way, confused at mid step, because we neglect to listen to the direction given to us by a leader, long before we are patient enough to understand. I think I would prefer to listen to TTRIF. It's oblivious that the broader the experience base you have in a company, the more you understand the business, and the better chances you have at success<

I was okay with the way she ended her post back then, it wasn't until Izzy came out of the closet and declared her gender as being one of female. That left me scratching my head, as she seems, "at least on the outside", to have left herself out of the scenario that was suggested to me at that time.

>Maybe Rene will look after the shareholders, so they are not left with nothing else to hold but the dick in thier hands.<

Cheers
Mike

Robert, it could be that there are no conflicts between the affidavits and TTRIF later public pronouncements. I do not know what the Trooper/TTRIF agreement covers, but unless they cover the "current TTRIF technology and all its FUTURE relevant developments" (or something to that effect, like the "best available engineering drawing" without time limitation, then the affidavits could cover engineering drawing to a "prior date" while the news release could refer to subsequent development. Does anyone knows the specific language defining the "Licensed Technology" in the license agreement?
