Jane,

Again I thank you for the thoughts and prayers. I can answer a few of your questions about my environment and lack of Christian friends by telling you a little more about my past year or so.

I became a Christian at the end of my sophomore year. Went home from the summer, got into a Spirit-filled church, and was ready to convert my whole fraternity. I learned quickly that my frat brothers were too busy with themselves for Jesus right now. I was fairly distraught and joined a Christian group. In that group I found a beautiful Christian SORORITY girl. Yep, they're out there too. Well, we went out for about a year and a few months (until this December) while pretty much totally segregating ourselves from our greek friends.

So when we broke up, I had very few close friends anywhere. My frat brothers were still going through their daily motions, and I had never established a group of Christian friends.

I'm now studying for the CPA test in May which SEVERELY limits my free time. I have established a few Christian relationships at my church, but it's hard to do when I'm graduating this year and have little free time as it is.

Trust me. There are MANY Christians at the University of Illinois. I just don't have the time with this CPA exam. I'll be much better in this area when I start working. I'm looking forward to it.

God bless,

Grant
