Nikita, sorry to hear you did not get you shares of ENN. Your failure to get ENN may or may not be Etrade's fault because the spread of a given security (such as ENN) may be greater than 1/16 at the time it went down to the "trigger level" (such as 1 5 3/16 in the case of your ENN). For examples many securities like DS (NYSE) and LSCC (NASDAQ) can have spreads of 1/8, 3/16 or even 1/4 depending on factors such as demand and supply. One way to get an idea whether or not Etrade screwed you up is to monitor the spread of ENN over an extend period of time.
