Well let me give you a business course. If a company has 10 shares and you happen to own 1, guess what you own 10% of that company. If a company decides to raise financing by offering more shares, your shares are not worth as much. Do you know how many stocks sell for 1/4 to 1/2 book. I dont care about AMD either way I just want to make a profit. If you love the co. ride it down. If you want to make a little, short it on the way.
