I think it's a good possibility. If you look at the LVLT model it is very similar to QWST's. Like QWST, LVLT eventually need customers to fill up its network. QWST took care of this by making an offer for LCI. I think we could see the same type of move if there is another big runup in LVLT. It actually makes a lot of sense--use Frontier's cash flow to construct the network. There is no doubt Frontier is looking for a partner and moving more towards data services. Such an acquisition would make LVLT a pretty target for any RBOC/GTE/BT as QWST will be within a few months. IMO.
