I think this was due to the new Limo, Chauffeur and Personal Body Guards for Sanders.

It probably also includes Sanders' long distance calls from Bel Air to Austin and Sunnyvale to check up on how his hired hands are dealing with the day to day problems.

Cowen & Co. cut its '98 EPS estimate from $0.06 to a loss of $0.08, and averred that AMD's war with Intel will be heating up... Cowen maintained its Neutral rating... CS First Boston also joined in, lowering its '98 loss projection to $0.65 from $0.33.
