Skeeter Bug, i probably would have been better off taking less risk and buying april $32.50s or april $35s when mu was $36+ instead of the april $30s. given the way it worked out i would have probably done better with less risk. Good Observation, glad you came out with a profit. The idea with PUTs is to buy them when they are just in the money or just out of the money if the pricing is better. The hint is to look at the volume and also see which has more interest. You are now more of a trader than a "forever bear". Maybe one day you might buy calls or go long for a day or two<g> The thread is really improving from the collective input of all, and as a result it appears that most are now starting to make the big bucks.:-) Now you can spend a few dollars more for that mansion.
