" Were Lair gone and completely out of the picture, I'd be a bit worried. He's not. Now he's on the board..."

Did NETZ make any announcement that Lair was NOT the CEO any more?

In fact, did they ever make an announcement that is WAS the CEO?

I know they casually mentioned him as CEO in a couple of press releases, but did they ever actually make a specific announcement?

Wonder who they will name-drop as the NEXT CEO?

PartyTime, I admire your determination, but I have a legitimate concern that the (i) delay in financial reporting and (ii) ongoing changes in command are related. If there are serious accounting issues, I would not want to be an officer when the financials are finally released, would you? This may be speculation on my part, but note that the Lair press release stated he was commencing new work "immediately". I take "immediately" to mean pronto, without delay, etc. I work on employment contracts for management personnel, and they will often make very sudden moves due to the sensitive nature of their positions. This appears to be one of those sudden moves.

At any rate, I am putting my free money and time and energy into another potential penny high roller, TSIS (do your own DD), but will return to NETZ when the financials are out. I can tell you on that thread the comments are almost without exception positive, there are easily identifiable and growing numbers of bluechip clients, financials are out, and management is steady.

Good luck to all, and I am sure we will meet again on this or another thread.

Terry
