To all, considering first time or subsequent purchase of INTC:

Why would you or any one make a serious investment decision based on the rational of INTC's competition (i.e., AMD, CYRX etc.). Has INTC's competitors made a profit lately? Seriously, ask yourself "has the competition ever made a truely competitive product or just another copy-cat?" If I thought to the contrary then I would believe AMD would have capture 30% of the market by now!! There are better days than others to buy INTC, but when you hold INTC/W for years it seems to never have been a bad day at all. INTC investor since 1993!.

Joseph - Re: " there are guys out there like Sander that make a living by getting other guys to believe that this time things are really different"

He's got Mark Edelstone believing it - after Edelstone was FOOLED for 4 straight quarters! ANd now he ups AMD's earnings estimate based solely on Sanders mutterings!

Lotta suckers out there.

And Jerry Sanders is fond of saying - "I never met a sucker whose money I couldn't take".
