Yesterday was a strange day. FAMH will be on the move soon. I think that we can expect the price to continue to fluctuate. We have a week before next news "Myra Closing" is due out. Think the MM will try to scare some people out of some shares until then. I see the price dropping more prior to them. Hang on everyone. Sapper

Collin, It wasnt "implied" there were 45M shares; it was straight from the horse's mouth. I would assume Ira issues some shares for his aquisitions. I.e. we have had a NY staffing firm, and in the last CC he stated 2 more firms he is aquiring..plus who knows what else he has up his sleeve. I dont know why he wouldnt use the 12M line of credit but that is his decision. I would be interested in hearing about the buyback... Ira also said he is "loading the guns" for tommorow (today) so that could mean the buyback might be on today? Don't know. I think after we get through the 1M overhang we experienced after hours this stock should start moving back in the right direction. Have a FAMHulous day. Just my opinion, Mark
