Hi Bev! I'm sure you probably already got the info I sent you about that but here's the info for anyone else that wonders about this.

OTC's are a short term drawback...nasdaq level II will not include OTC issues for another 7 weeks. DBC got a slap on the wrist from Nasdaq for passing OTC level II data to it's customers for free. They've got it worked it out so that they can include it again by June 1. The OTC level II will be a part of the $4.00 nasdaq exchange fee (Nasdaq may be getting greedy and changing this but it stands for now). For the nationals and small caps NASDAQ charges a $50 exchange fee. DBC had to get some kind of punishment so the other vendors wouldn't get bug eyed. Politics I guess.

Jeff has since told me that DBC won't allow him to comp a system for a day. The exchanges require payment and don't offer trials so DBC can only refund their part in full but must pay the exchanges their fee. Jeff did say that if a person isn't satisfied after using it for a month he would credit their credit card back everything except the exchange fees. He also said that the only thing you pay the year in advance for, to get the great deal, is the DBC service...$75x12= $900. You will pay your choice of exchanges on a monthly cycle. A pretty good deal compared to all the others! And they have a money back guarantee and you can cancel at anytime and get a refund of unused months.

I hope this answers your questions. Let me know if you need Jeff's 800 number.
