Thanks for the information. Am I not right in thinking that the company has to send notices to all stock holders when the meeting is scheduled. I haven't added to my position because I really feel that they do not have any future in the mining business. Unless the new companies can support Franklin on their own merit (and we don't even know what they are about), to think that this company can be profitable with just the Franklin mine, is a big mistake in my opinion. There still are court cases outstanding that may not go the way that Franklin thinks that they will go. There have been comments that the mine is not all that it has been promoted to be, the mill still may not be ready to mill and the expertise to run a successful mining company is just not there. Unless some outside reliable source of expertise can document the profitablity of the mine, I am not going to increase my position. There are too many unanswered questions and information is evasive at times to say the least.
