Hello! Pat,

You have an excellent list of questions , another one that comes to mind is when the next shareholders meeting date is set to take place and is it an Annual Shareholders meeting OR A Special Shareholders Meeting?--Sometimes this can be a clue as to whether something is developing in regards to the companies future!

As I am also long in my GLOW position, at times like this I try to remind myself that I have been to often swayed by Investor Relations Departments of companies that had a lot of razzle dazzle and raw , raw, but never produced what they projected or anticipated.

Based on some of the efforts I have seen Gary demonstrate in at least one other company ( at least what I have found via the internet) I am prepared to be somewhat patient as I feel that Gary is working in the best interests of the GLOW Shareholders, is taking this one step at a time, and is focusing his efforts in the area of business development! The fact that the share price is at a level it is, of course constitutes a high risk, but also in my opinion a high return potential ------- this type of speculation I don't think is for all investors, however the good news is that everyone should always keep in mind that they have worked hard for their money and should do what is right for them!

I also try to keep in mind that it appears at this point in time that Gary may very well be a one man show ( person), so I feel if someone feels that GLOW has potential , then some patience will most likely need to be part of the equation! ( Just my own opinion!)

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

P.S. Thanks for taking the time to follow up with the company and sharing the feedback on this thread!

I talked to the CEO Gary Borgland on Friday. I had left a message and he got back to me very promptly. I don't have time to relate all the details now, just a few things I'd like to say though. Firstly my confidence in this company has been fully restored (since my so so conversion with Alyssa). It looks like we should soon be getting an announcement about the finalization of the ECS deal. To me the purchase and development of ECS will be the key to this company's growth. The estimated revenue from ECS has been adjusted downward slightly but nothing at all that would impact the stunning growth which should occur this year. The Canadian casino is for real. The internet lotto software system is about to be installed. They did have revenue in 1997, also I got a name of the auditor. According to Gary we should be getting announcements very shortly. An important point for me was the spirit of the man behind the words, if you know what I mean. I wanted to asses the leadership of this company and I feel very satisfied.

According to the company we don't have long to wait.

p.s. I didn't get e-mail in time to ask about Shareholders meeting.
