Not so fast, WSJ. Capers Jones has separate estimates for liability etc. (Jones's estimate for the total U.S. y2k bill--including liability--is well over a trillion). The difference between Jones and IDC is a difference IN THEIR ESTIMATES TO FIX THE PROBLEM ONLY. Wade
