Opey

I really dont know at the moment there are too many variables, that come into play that I just dont know about (or cant predict).

Here they are...

1. Stock price @ the time of the reverse split

2. Market Cap @ the time of the " "

3. the Timeframe CVIA intends to acquire the "mom and pops"

4. How many "mom and pops" they have planned... and if it will be cash or stock swaps.

5. What each of these "mom and pops" mean to the book value

6. What each of these "mom and pops" mean to revenue generation

7. Will the stock that is being returned to the CVIA treasury, be used in these mergers or will they be sold and the cash used.

8. Will CVIA issue secondary equity stocks to back up the reverse merger.

9. Will the CVIA shareholders be offered a stock swap instead of a reverse merger?

10. Will CVIA use these stocks as fianance tools...

I can list some more but now with just this much factored in I have darn near confused myself <lol>.

Good Day! Opey,

In response to your question regarding future merger options ( if,as and when required!)-----here is my take on it!

It's my guess that Jack Arnold has selected a top notch group in which to blend in / merge our CVIA interests! It's also my view that many of these professionals will have some successful and varying degree's of experience with mergers/ acquisitions etc...... ( hoping from successful to very successful?).......

For me to speculate as to what the ratio / break out , or any further considerations as to the scenario's surrounding the merger/acquisition
activites/efforts would most likely be very basic and elementary compared to what in fact is being considered or in the process of taking place! Thus I feel by me stabbing at a guess at this exciting but I imagine very crucial and sensitive time of the negotiations could actual put more of a negative overtone on the future hopes of the CVIA Shareholders then otherwise!

At this point , until I hear more about the specifics about the merger/Acquisition details, I will attempt not to try to predict or second guess the efforts of Jack Arnold and his selected/potential candidates!

But! I will add this, that at this point in time I have not seen any signals from CVIA that would lead me to speculate that any thing different , other than Jack Arnold is well on track in bringing value back into our CVIA Shell!

I hope my shared opinion, provided something further for you to consider!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
