Japanese govt. announced $30 bln in tax cuts over the next two years, and Nikkei added 1%... Dollar-yen rally ensues as forex traders not impressed with total amount of tax cut... March PPI fell 0.3% while Core-PPI was unchanged... Favorable inflation data nothing new as long-bond has been little changed since the report.

08:43 ET Intel Corp (INTC) 72 9/16: Stock bid +1 1/2 on a Hambrecht & Quist upgrade from "hold" to "buy." Says expects gross margin declines to bottom in June; says business with Dell improving. (CNBC). LOL--->JP,Fink,Hank whoever is short are you reading this.
