Ok, here's how I see it....

1. MDIN has purchased an 80% interest in a large group of hard rock and placer properties near Santiago for $24MM.

2. There are two specific placer properties (Carin and Puange) containing 170MM cubic meters @ 1.5 grams per cubic meter. This amounts to about 8MM ounces of gold. Conservatively that's worth $400MM "in situ". However, with production on the placer properties in the neighborhood of $100/ounce, I think it's worth considerably more. Wake up America, that's almost $10 a share.

3.The hard rock properties appear to be excellent. I've heard estimates as high as 2x the gold in the hard rock properties than in the placer properties. I'm going to take a little more time and see if I can figure it out from the news relesae.

4.The company is setting aside revenues from production to buy back stock. This tells me we're way undervalued.

Congrats to MDIN, NPEC, and its shareholders.
