JLA: Excuse me for butting in to your message to Kim, but I think you are losing perspective. This is a big project. For any company, this process of discovery and proving is a long one. When management is thin, you can't expect everything on your/my timeframe. I think the "new" management is on top of the issues, John Norton is back and proving very useful and competant, and importantly each set of #s is consistent. I'm sure you are temporarily frustrated by your belief that the stock is much more valuable than its current price. Me too. If you really don't think things are progressing as they should there are thousands of other stocks you could buy. Have confidence, the property is very rich and the trend is up. KWC:)

J.L.:

Since you are a gentleman of the bar, perhaps you would be in agreement that the evidence coming out of Franklin Lake (however the speed appeals to our sense of timetables :0) is pointing strongly towards an "open to depth" amount of gold on these first two holes that are now using a lead fire assay protocol. The gold numbers are highly respectable. All of this is far and away beyond where we were one year ago.

Naxos is cashed up. Naxos has an aggressive drill program that is due to start later this month. We have one referee lab that is giving us assays - several more are slated to join us once all the kinks are worked out. Naxos is expanding their office in Vancouver. Naxos is preparing to aggressively carry the Naxos story to the wholesale and retail sectors of the market. We are now trading electronically and we have overcome the ASE situation and have prepared a strong case against the allegations of the ASC.

Recognition is mounting in some sectors. I spoke to a newsletter writer that has not been following Naxos. A year ago his contention was that there was years of work on Franklin Lake before it could be viably assayed. We now have a viable lead fire assay protocol. Naxos was able to raise cash when we were in the depths of a gold bear market - that isn't something to dismiss lightly. We have new management that is working on getting other mining professionals on board.

All factors do not immediately change upon the advent of new management. This new management has taken an stong stance towards increasing shareholder and market value by the building of fundamentals along traditional mining lines, so that market recognition can happen sooner. Methodologies and means of achieving the above dual goals along with the speed thereof is always open to disagreement, but bottom line J.L. - I and the rest of the Naxos team are working towards making all Naxos shareholders happy in the long run.

Excuse my windiness;
Regards.

Kim W.
