Sid.... I have read many of your comments concerning DHMG. I have a great deal of respect for the amount of due diligence youve completed on the subject. You, without question, do your homework. Its something every investor should do if he/she wants to invest in small cap stocks.
My concern is your opinion on everything has such a NEGATIVE spin. It seems your view is never very objective. That is what makes me question your motives. I think I remember you saying you dont have a position in DHMG. Then, Why are you so involved? why so negative?
I had to chuckle when I read your last posting. You make it sound as if DHMG is going under because Hagen filed to sell 55,000 shares. I've been in the business for many years and we both know insiders are always going to sell some of their stock. I dont know of an insider that has never sold any of his/her stock. Insiders file every day. There are many reasons insiders file; maybe his salary is small or he needs to pay some taxes. The fact that he filed doesnt even mean he will actually sell. I just find it typical that you think this action constitutes the end of the world for DHMG, when in fact it is an every day occurence in the market.
The same line of negative thinking goes for the late 10-K. Companies often times file extensions. Its my understanding the reason is last quarters Universal Network acquisition. Auditing new companies takes longer.
Anyway, I dont want it to look like I am making excuses for the company. I just want to look at things in more objective light.
