Jeffrey, go back to GOODBOY's post 3078...read it again....it makes sense....Look at what IGEN did in March...Announcements came AFTER the smart money came in. This same smart money should keep us at three until news comes out.. Trading pattern has changed. Look at the 1 year chart..look at volumes.This company is profitable with a blue chip PE. They are very slowly transforming themselves into a solid company. Read the old annual reports. Corky has met the 97 outlook and appears to be meeting the 98 outlook.
