Up-to-date conversation with the CEO of PNEC - Just spoke to the CEO (Wallace Giakas), no BS guy, straight shooter. He said a lot of announcements pending, distribution agreements internationally and domestically. The company is aggressively looking for positive cash flow revenue producing companies to acquire and they are VERY close to happening...... By the 2002, according to Billboard Magazine, the Far East market will account for .50 of every dollar spent on entertainment products worldwide. PNEC is aggresively in that market already... the Pres. Joe Vanneri (used to be one of The Tokens)has been 40 years in that industry. He can pick up the phone and talk to anyone in the industry (how do you think they got 15,000 albums?) Entertainment industry has held up during every economic cycle. People are always istening to music. The best of Willie Nelson, Pavorotti, Bennett, King, Disco, Rock,Gospel, etc. is called the compilation and re-issue market. It accounts for 40% of record sales world-wide. Giakas said his job is to get the company's value up so that the stock price could be valued at $20 - no flash up and down....solid company - solid earnings - more to follow...... Richard
