Packaging Plus Sues Select Capital and its Principals For More Than $68 Million
PLAINVIEW, N.Y., April 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Chris G. Gunderson, Jr., General Counsel of Packaging Plus Services, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PKGP - news), announced the filing of a suit in the Circuit Court, Dade County, Florida, against Select Capital, Ronald G. Williams, Walter S. Kolker and Sheldon Taiger for compensatory and punitive damages, and return of fees and commissions, for breach of contract for failure to honor previous funding commitments and promises, for an amount in excess of $68 million, including related counts for fraud, conversion and conspiracy.

Mr. Gunderson stated that PKGP is represented in this suit by prominent Miami attorney, Arthur W. Tifford, Esq.

regarding today's press releases:

Checked out Select Capital Investors. They are a strong international company with many offices overseas and obviously big pockets. They were the ones who brought the debenture holders to the table. Hiring expensive lawyers to battle these people could damage PKGP more than it can stand.

What is the reason for all the law firms? Have we changed course and become a company intent on filing law suits all over the place?
