Gene, I believe everyone that has been involved with this stock since last year would be interested in the details of your involvement with the company. Heard that you and the SEC got acquainted? What about MedTech? I assumed that you either; 1) got burned really bad and didn't see any point in hanging around to take the heat that soon developed or; 2) were involved with the company or more than a casual basis (typical share holder) and had to get out of town, at least for a while. I will tell you that there are a lot of folks about that will take absolutely anything you say, with a lot more than a grain of salt. Tom
