The shareholders should consider if they believe based on the dpcumented
performance of Gary and Roland, if they are the ones the shareholders
wish to depend upon in moving towards having the shares trade again,
if possible.

There are different viewpoints regarding what is in the best interest
of the shareholders, and if the focus is applied to the situation in
a realistic manner, focusing on the company, and trading, the group
will be in a better position to determine as a whole what is best for
them.

I believe it starts with a scheduled meeting with Gary and Roland,
with a clearly defined purpose and goal that all parties be made
aware of beforehand, so hopefully something fruitful will develop.
