Hey Lis, FWIW if we pass through 1110.87, I think there's a good possibility for an afternoon rally towards 1117.

The 1109 - 1111 area is supposed to be a tough resistance, but it may be broken based on today's block trading.

bye

OK .. I'll try

Yen Globex showed ~-31 before their market closed then shifted to ~-18.

AFTER their market closed the "recovery" program was put on display. Yen Globex changed to ~-121.

Program had already been priced into the Japanese market AND Yen.

Japanese did not like what they saw . YEN COMMING HERE.

Lisa,

Im all confused with this Japanese tax cut.

Heres my view of it for the short term and how it will effect our market. I feel that our market has already priced in a correction in the Asian market and any good news such as this tax cut will have limited effect on the upside. I know its sounds crazy since the DOW is up 100 points right now and the media will probably say that its a reaction to the Japanese news.

We have heard in the past how there has been alot of Asian money being sent to our market. I think in the short-term the U.S. market will lose some of its flight-to-safety haven, and we may some selling shortly as some may feel that it would be OK, for the short-term, to reinvest in their own countries.

Am I way off line, Im no expert in this area.
