Although it also sounds like they are about 8 months behind. "What sets SkyStream apart, according to company executives, is a set of 10 patent-pending technologies. Key among them are schemes for bandwidth optimization, dynamic remultiplexing and maintaining the timing integrity of an MPEG stream that may have been temporarily corrupted by transmission over a non-isochronous network, according to Bill Slattery, one of the co-founders of SkyStream and its director of hardware development."
