John... Please explain to me, WHY you are convinced this puppy is going to move to the .25 level?... Surely it's not because the chart says it will or is it because your MO (whatever) says it will... I have news for you... This puppy is only going to activate based on the markets anticipation of the company finding something of significance in the SVB... No way in 'ell is going to move based on your DOW theory... Correct me if I'm wrong, but, the Dow is made up of companies that have real earnings of sorts... You are playing with spec stocks here and no theory is going to make this puppy move... Up until the last NR that has been issued, this company had nothing going for it... Maybe now that they are actually spending some money in the SVB, they may come up with something that may affect the share value... Up until then, no chart or fortune telling theories are going to help it along...This is a pure, outright speculative play... I pays my money and I takes me chances... ...ed
