I didn't misunderstand anything Maybe you think the Bible is literally true, maybe you don't. If the Bible can be proven 'literally" wrong on even one point, then arguments for "literal interpretation" hold NO MERIT. Wether you choose to agree or disagree with this is again, irrelevant. All that an answer can do is serve to illuminate what you believe. You cannot have it both ways DCF. Are you familiar with the term biomass ? Do you believe Noah took two of each kind of insect on the Ark ? I know you will not answer the question, but it certainly does serve to illustrate a point very well. When you research your answer in the Bible, you might want to cross reference a science textbook, if that is not to daunting a task for you. A second option, very popular among the rabid, is simply to retreat from any rational arguments which might arise by claiming that only God knows the answers. It will come as no surprise to most people if you do this.
