Ted, thermomaster sounds to me more like a trademark, not a technology. David Alon in the prior post states that the whole technology is under license, and this would be typical of technology licenses. I know that when I license technology out, I do not keep in my back pocket an essential piece to the technology, the licensee will have me in court and the better part of my hide in a day. Still, it would be important to find the exact language defining the technology licensed to determine where this case might go. Zeev
