That sounds like just the sort of thing Fido would be doing to quietly get rid of a position without causing a panic. Rather than sell one giant block, they have a dozen brokers each enter orders for small blocks (relatively speaking of course). We've seen this many times on the upside, for example back in December or early January on the way up from 22 where it simply would not go below 25.
