Injection therapy (Caverject and Tri-Mix) are the gold standard for treating ED. The outcomes range, but are generally considered in the high 80s-low 90 percent range.

For lack of a better term, injection therapy produces a "diamond cutter".

Outside the company sponsored clinical trial, Muse appears to have a positive outcome in the real world of about the 30+% range.
