We don't know the dates and prices of the Q1 repurchases,
just the average price of 14.18.

While this may seem like poor timing, there could be good
reasons to purchase large blocks in the 14-15 range...

In any event, they could not have gotten more shares for the same
money. They bought all the shares they were authorized to repurchase.
