Matsu's suppose to have a GOOD integrated DVD chip....why not a STB chip??? I dunno... BTW...who's the new "GUY" at Lehman? The former guy cashed in his chips and left the firm with a little help from C-Dog, or at least thats the story I heard. Smart dude, he saw a tornado coming and headed for cover.

Doesn't Matsushita have it's own decoders?>> I didn't know that Panasonic and CUBE are partners... Do you think that CUBE could be making an OEM decoder chip for Matsushita? Matsushita would be too embarrassed to sell someone else's chip, so cut a deal with CUBE to produce chips with Matsushita's logo. Just conjecture. (Which sometimes gets me in trouble.)
