Actually, there are several reasons for the stock weakness. One is misinformation and/or disinformation of the warrants being recalled (unlikely); another reason is that there is an increasing swell of opinion that the upcoming numbers will NOT be good; three, FDA approval is still in limbo re: children's use of the dental laser and fourth, senior management simply does not instill the greatest confidence that it's working for the shareholder ie: the ridiculous bull shit about an 'anti-takeover' pill.
