I've never broken my arm trying to pat myself on the back.
Broke yer foot instead, kickin' Tim's ass.

Nor do I knowingly (as a politician would say) "purposely mistate the facts".
WHOAAAA. I don't believe for a second that Tim EVER PURPOSEFULLY misstated anything. I'm sure he fuly believe whatever he was saying at the time he said it.

the only thing he has to gain from it is an increased ego.
Ego stroking comes in many forms. Maliciously pointing out someone elses foibles to make yourself look good is just another way to do it.

Regarding Tim L.

I have been a follower of this thread for about one year. I appreciate many of Tim's posts although everyone must realize that no one, including Tim, can predict the price of a stock accurately. If he could, he wouldn't be wasting his time here. Regarding ASND, his comments have been all over the board including very negative during January and February 1998.

With regard to this dispute, on April 5, 1998 Tim stated, "I got back in in the low 20's". I think he later stated that it as around 24.5.

However, throughout February 1998 he stated several times that he didn't own ASND. Finally, on February 23rd he indicated "I did buy today"

Well on Feb. 23rd ASND closed at 36.75, it had not traded in the 20's for some time.

I hope this puts to rest the controversy.
