Excuse MY ignorance. I didn't know (or forgot) they purchased Diasonics for $70 million. If this is the case, I agree we should be able to reduce the tax basis by that amount, more or less. That would increase the net cash to EMITF by about $1.12 and increase my target back up to $10. Maybe I knew this before and forgot, or maybe it's just luck that I'm back to my original estimate. peter
