Casey,

Since you seem so well versed in the tales spun by TTRIF IR currently, perhaps you will be so good as to tell me/us why TTRIF's own IR documents state that they licensed TMPs (that's right -- Thermo Master Plants) to Trooper Technologies. In not one but at least 3 documents that I found in their package?

In addition to which why have the courts mentioned "plants"?
The funny thing about lawyers (and a corollary of that is that this applies to judges as well) is that they tend to (because they must) have a zeal for precision of the english language. TTRIF's lawyers were very much present at the proceedings and yet when they attempted to appeal, they were denied. Plants is what was stated and I will bet (and have) that plants is what was meant.

> That was and is the deal.

And yet Thermo Tech saw fit to withhold the original documents.... hmmm.... What they have done runs so contrary to logic... first they state they have handed over all the documents, challenge TPP's assertions in court and hand over the documents that they say that they have already... so if that was the court decision and if that is the interpretation TTRIF has always agreed with then why challenge the integrity of the contract in court? (or is wasting time and money with licensees going to be a habit?)

Sorry Casey, but I think you know much less than you are letting on and your "opinion" seems to have factual flaws...
