Freddie, I believe you're right. First in First out, August is where they look at the letters, but IMO, it doesn't hurt anyway. Someone else( forget who ) also mentioned that they will have to cover before we move.

But if they don't cover, how can they redeem the value of their stock. hey will have sold stock someone will want to convert.
