Dear Dave - I agree with your assessment. It was operating in a -ve cash flow environment even before the interest payment. The only thing going for her is that essentially 7-7 was the money pit. While the loss of an entire division to default is still a loss, materially and otherwise, EXSO has less deadweight.

The problem with new contracts, IMHO, especially for megabuck kind, is that the RFP grantors will look at the grantee's financial strength as one of the deciding factors. So, EXSO is in a bind. So, cutting the foot off may not be pretty, but it gives it a chance, but Bernie lying on the beach will definitely not make it. Before she can land a mega deal, she will have to make do with a lot of tiny jobs OOH and to watch the wallet OTO. At least, that is how I see it.

So, what does that leave us [investors?] A chance, but the odds is against us. I think that is the main reason [for me anyway] people are hesitant for mo cheap bananas.
