The equipment purchasing department at AirTouch told me the delivery of dual-mode Q phones has been pushed back until August at the earliest.

AirTouch is now offering lower rates on digital service than analogue by offering more time for the same price. But they only have Qualcomm's heftier phone models available. Current Q phone is CDMA only and not all of the AirTouch network is CDMA capable, so they won't sell a single mode phone.
