<<Has Tava (or any other Y2K company for that matter) aligned itself with any of the management consulting firms that offer Y2K consulting services?>>

TAVA's Kevin Fallon:

And TAVA has built a staffing plan to rapidly deploy resources on a worldwide basis, partly through our direct organization but also through a solution provider program, so that our worldwide significant clients who have run some pilots here in the US where- we are geared up now to serve them on a worldwide basis.

We have worked with approximately 15 solution providers today and have very, very strong interest in joining up on this program. However, we do not have our legal agreements tied together just yet, but we're working through them.

On an international front, to continue there, we are in the final stages of negotiating with a significant Latin-American company to represent us, specifically in Venezuela, and in general, throughout Latin America. We've had conversations with several SI's in Europe and are moving down that path with them so that when the need arises, we will be in a position to deploy resources in mass quantities.
... and also there is similar work going on in the Pacific Rim.

Mortis,

<Has Tava aligned itself with any of the management consulting firms that offer Y2K consulting services?>

At the shareholders meeting in January, they had a PowerPoint presentation listing a number of the consulting companies which had approached TAVA to form alliances. I couldn't write fast enough ... but here are several that I managed to jot down before the slide changed:

- Keane
- Computer Systems Corp
- UNISYS

Newest TAVA board member is CSC Y2K Director. Jenkins had to cut last conference call short cause he had to fly to Dallas to make presentation to KEA customers.
