I am not patting my own back here for obtaining some info from the company, but look at post 1187 and you will see that WAVO themselves feel a delay in Win98 won't hurt them, if it even occurs.

Imho, DOJ already factored in wavo price, ie upside surprise if no delay in win98 is greater than downside risk if delay in win98.

This is just an opinion, everyone should decide for themselves. I am adding on lulls and dips. If/when this company is valued like other net or bandwidth companies, I think we can see a severalfold gain.
