Sorry, Freddie, a serious question but I was laughing so hard I had to take the shot. On naked shorting, I don't know the legal answer, but doesn't it seem logical that it would put an MM in a bad way w/ the authorities to get caught naked in a short squeeze at the time of the switching of FAMH shares into ATXI? It stands to reason that in a situation where you have to surrender all your FAMH shares in order to get shares in the new co the shorter would become exposed and owe someone shares who paid for them and wants them now to exchange them for ATXI. Sounds like a serious regulatory violation. Gary
