interesting that things start getting done now management has their shares. i'm not complaining though. I very much believe this will not be an all cash deal. There will be a participating interest for 3 reasons( although i do believe there will be some cash)
1. Government doesn't have 25m
2. Government needs western technology to run the operation profitably
3. Government has been trying unsuccessfully to get financing for project and will need more capital.

I wonder what effect this situation will have on a US deal. remember the financing states that none of the 60m can be used in KAZ.... any thoughts???
